Data rates

Based on a rough simulation in SPENVIS, where the cubesat had an orbital inclination of 71 degrees, and a circular orbit of altitude 330km the cubesat would complete 20 orbits before the orbital path realigned with the ground station. With a period of 100 minutes this means that the satellite will be out of contact for 33.6 hours, or 120960 seconds. So should it be necessary to store all the ADS data until the satellite can transmit the data, a storage capacity of 2.6 Mbytes would be required.
